Timeless Connections is operated by Patti Vogl who is a Licensed Master Social Worker and who has over 30 years of experience with individual and family counseling.

Life coaching involves helping people to identify barriers, goals, and strengths and then to work toward an action-oriented plan to live to their fullest potential.

I offer hope to those struggling with grief and loss, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and elder care issues.

 A Life Coach is similar to a Counselor in that they both aim to help you to improve your sense of well-being. You can expect that your sessions with a Life Coach will give you a sense of hope and steps to take to move toward your personal goals so that you will no longer feel stuck.  Empathy, encouragement, and personalized tasks will be provided by your Life Coach.
